the goal
Completely transform a Colonial Georgian and its grounds in a two-phase plan.
the process
After finalizing an intricate plan and schedule, our team worked to revise the home's outdated layout and update the decor as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The client vacationed during this phase of the project, yet wanted to be kept apprised of progress and assist in design changes when the scope required. Our project management system of weekly updates, time-lines and phone conferences made this possible. And when the interior was complete, we transformed the exterior living spaces and yard to the client's personal taste upon her return.
the final result
The house is now an elegant showplace. Inside, every detail reflects simplicity, durability and exceptional quality, from the flooring and upholstery to the cabinetry and their placement. Outside, the premises are modern and welcoming. The new design provides a safe play area and storage, and allows for graceful outdoor entertaining.
